Dr. Benjamin Spirn has over two decades of experience as a board-certified ophthalmologist and fellowship-trained retina specialist. At Garden State Retina, he provides comprehensive care for all retina problems, including retinal detachments, macular degeneration, retinal tears, macular holes, and diabetic retinopathy.
Dr. Spirn also prides himself on taking the time to explain each diagnosis and treatment option clearly to all of his patients. Dr. Spirn earned his bachelor’s degree from Cornell University and his medical degree from The Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai. When Dr. Spirn isn’t caring for eyes, he can be found surfing at the Jersey Shore, skiing with family, or reading a good book on his porch.
